Before shipping your order, we require 1–3 business days to prepare and package your items.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping warehouse and your destination address.

You will receive email and SMS notifications once your order has been shipped.

Please Note- If items are not delivered within 14 working days then you will be eligible for a full refund once the items are delivered back to the warehouse

International & Remote Shipping

Customers outside the UK are welcome to contact us for a customized shipping quote based on location.

Northern Ireland and UK islands: Please contact us in advance for a custom shipping quote. Costs vary depending on the product and exact location.

If your address is located on an island or is considered remote, please get in touch before placing your order.

Failure to do so may result in unavoidable courier surcharges. Please note that no profit is made on these additional shipping costs—they are passed on at our discounted rate.

If you choose to cancel your order after placing it without prior contact, a 3% cancellation fee will apply. This is to cover non-refundable payment processing fees we incur.
